New Hair/Rodeo Cook-Off

I've been busier lately than I have all YEAR! So I apologize for the lack of posts again! I just haven't even had time to think!

What I did have time for though is to get these roots of mine taken care of and do something a little different with my hair!

My best friend (who is getting married this year yay!) has been doing my hair since we were 18! I decided this time I wanted to add some darker colors to my hair because the all over blonde with some low lights was just getting boring. I literally never change my hair. 

 I couldn't be happier with how it turned out! I absolutely LOVE it. 

I got my hair done before I headed to work the Houston Rodeo Cook-off. 

The last two years I've been invited to bartend a tent that I absolutely love and I was so excited they asked me back this year. It's so fun and the food is amazing!

 I decided to channel my inner Johnny Cash because ya'll know I love him so much! 

 Gotta love a mirror shot! But you get the idea!

My lovely lovely friend Christina got a chance to come visit me! Love her!

This is the next day...hair still looking fab because I have been SOO getting better about curling it myself. WHY am I in my 20's and just now learning how to curl my hair right?!

For being such a girly girl, that' super "boy" of me! Haha. 

 

Anyways, the cook off was amazing! I had the best time and it was soo good to see so many familiar faces!
